Welcome to Selaride (“Selaride”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the Selaride mobile application, website, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Selaride is an electric taxi booking platform that connects passengers with professional drivers operating electric vehicles. Our goal is to provide safe, reliable, comfortable, and environmentally friendly transportation services.

To use Selaride, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old, or use the service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• Provide accurate and complete account information.
• Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms & Conditions.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities conducted under your account.
• Keeping your personal information accurate and up to date.

By requesting a ride, you agree that:

• Ride availability depends on driver availability and service coverage.
• Estimated fares, arrival times, and travel durations are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other operational conditions.
• Selaride reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings in certain circumstances, including safety, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.

• Fares are displayed before or during the booking process.
• Additional charges may apply for waiting time, route changes, tolls, parking fees, or other applicable costs.
• Payments may be made using supported payment methods available within the application.
• All completed rides are non-refundable unless required by law or approved under our refund policy.

Passengers agree to:

• Treat drivers with courtesy and respect.
• Wear seat belts where required.
• Avoid damaging or littering the vehicle.
• Refrain from illegal, dangerous, abusive, or disruptive behavior.
• Ensure that all information provided during booking is accurate.

Drivers are expected to:

• Operate vehicles safely and in accordance with applicable traffic laws.
• Maintain professional conduct.
• Provide the booked transportation service to the best of their ability.
• Keep vehicles in a clean and roadworthy condition.

Selaride prioritizes passenger and driver safety. Users are encouraged to:

• Verify driver and vehicle details before entering the vehicle.
• Share trip details with trusted contacts when needed.
• Report any safety concerns immediately through our customer support channels.

Users may not:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Provide false information.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against drivers or other users.
• Use automated tools to access or manipulate the platform.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and technology are owned by Selaride and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selaride shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform.

While we strive to provide reliable transportation services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

Your use of Selaride is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal information is collected, used, and protected.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
